I was able to download smaller rom packs so I don't think it's a site wide issue. The government(s) across the world are all corrupt so until we know the answer everything is a 'conspiracy theory' because they refuse to disclose what's going on which only makes them look bad.
I don't know if it's the website doing it or if the individual owners block people they don't like for whatever personal agenda or if some outside third party but you have to just download the ones you want and not do collections. Update: I found out my Java was a long time not updated on a hunch I decided to see if that might fix it which my next step would've been to reinstall Jdownloaer 2. I finally got the file I wanted thru Jdownloader 2 indivdually. Internet Archive randomly drops connections over 1GB in size and some files don't fully make it. Hence I dropped it a star due to the process involved. IE: The letter H is one such letter with 'Missing files'.
